2 Seats per license:
Each license comes with two seats for installation on two separate computers.
Tailor-made to laser and Dual-wire:
Made to measure for Meltio’s wire-laser metal 3D printing process as well as it also comes with built-in profiles for the Meltio Materials and is fully compatible with our dual wire printing technology.
Custom gas profile:
Configure your gas source and cost directly within Meltio Horizon. Flow rates are defined within each material.
Custom build plates / work spaces:
Select the right substrate right from the slicer depending on the part size. Build plates can be defined by the user and stored as presets. The machine workspace adjusts automatically, notifying the user if a selected build plate is too small.
Project files incorporated:
The complete project file, consisting of the model file, workspace, build plate as well as gas and material profiles can be conveniently stored and shared.

Disconnecting infill lines reduces overbuilding and waviness towards the perimeters of parts and ensures extra flat layers.

Independently control all deposition parameters, such as speed, laser power, hotwire current, and more on a per-feature basis.
Improved Overhang Quality
Using dedicated settings for each feature improves the overhang quality, bonding between infill and perimeter and allows for faster printing without degrading the surface quality.

Perimeters + Infill Joint
The Joint between Perimeter and infill is a critical area that is particularly prone to porosity. This Porosity is typically not reflected in materials testing as samples are taken from the bulk area. Creating a dedicated joining process alleviates this issue.
