Hablamos sobre un hito importante en la industria de la impresión 3D. La empresa española Meltio3D y la estadounidense Phillips Corporation se han unido para instalar una solución de impresión 3D metálica en un buque de la US Navy.

Esta tecnología permite la fabricación, a bordo, de piezas de repuesto y realizar reparaciones en el mismo lugar. Lo que puede ser un gran avance en la eficiencia de la fabricación y el mantenimiento de los barcos en grandes viajes.
