How does the 15% discount work?

The discount applies to the 3-year Meltio Space subscription. The price shown for the 3-year option reflects a 15% saving compared with purchasing the annual subscription for three consecutive years.

When does my subscription begin?

Your subscription begins on the confirmed license activation or renewal date, unless otherwise stated in your quotation, order confirmation, or commercial agreement.

Are multi-year subscriptions paid upfront?

Yes. The full amount for the selected subscription period is charged when the purchase is completed.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the selected term unless you request cancellation before the next scheduled renewal.

Will my license stop working immediately after cancellation?

No. Cancellation only prevents the next renewal. Your license remains active until the end of the period already purchased and paid for.

Is Meltio Space support included?

Yes. During your active subscription, you can contact Meltio for assistance with slicing workflows, parameter configuration, software use, license activation, and license reassignment.

Can I move my license to another computer?

Yes. Each seat is assigned to one physical computer, but Meltio can reassign the license to another computer upon request. The process may take approximately 1–2 business days.

Can I use one seat on several computers?

No. Each seat is assigned to one physical computer. An additional seat is required for each additional computer.

Which payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your country and currency.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. You will receive payment confirmation, and the corresponding invoice will be managed through Meltio’s official invoicing system.
