Hybrid CNC Parts Expands Additive Manufacturing Capabilities with Phillips Additive Hybrid Systems

Worcester, Massachusetts โ€” Hybrid CNC Parts has expanded its advanced manufacturing capabilities with the purchase of two additional Phillips Additive Hybrid Laser-Wire systems, powered by Haas and Meltio. The investment triples the companyโ€™s Hybrid capacity, enabling greater flexibility, redundancy, and throughput for customers seeking precision metal additive and subtractive manufacturing under one roof.

The new machines strengthen Hybrid CNC Partsโ€™ ability to serve industries such as aerospace, defense, and advanced R&D โ€” sectors that increasingly require rapid prototyping, repair, and small-batch production of complex metal components using materials such as nickel and cobalt superalloys, like Inconelยฎ and Stelliteยฎ, and tool steels.

Hybrid CNC Parts operates as both a Hybrid job shop and a design-for-hybrid engineering firm, bridging the gap between digital design and production.
