Our policy is in line with current Spanish legislation —including Organic Law 3/2007, Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 and Law 4/2023— and reinforces our commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and respect.

At Meltio, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of workplace harassment, whether sexual or based on gender or sexual orientation.
To this end, we have a Protocol for Prevention and Action against Harassment, with confidential reporting channels and protective measures that guarantee the safety and confidentiality of those affected.
In addition, we carry out regular training and awareness-raising activities to promote respect and prevention at all levels of the organisation.
LGBTQ+ inclusion and rights
Our company recognises and protects the rights of LGBTQ+ people through measures such as:
- Respect for gender identity and the use of the name and pronouns with which each person identifies.
- Adapting spaces and communications to ensure inclusive and diverse treatment.
- Protocols that ensure equal professional opportunities without fear of discrimination or reprisals.

Confidential channel and supervision
Meltio has a confidential communication channel for reporting situations of harassment or discrimination, with full protection against any type of retaliation.
We periodically review this policy to improve its effectiveness and keep it up to date with current regulations.

This policy is mandatory for all staff, executives, middle managers and external collaborators.
