Meltio, a disruptive laser metal deposition technology manufacturer, today announced that ACNS became the first official integrator of the Meltio Engine Blue in France, advancing Meltio’s industrial applications with both hybrid manufacturing and robotic metal 3D printing. Multistation, Meltio’s sales partner in France, will support ACNS.
ACNS, founded in 1993, is a designer, renovator, integrator, and developer in the field of industrial machinery and numerical control. Thanks to its experience acquired through more than 900 projects, ACNS is an international player recognized as a specialist in numerical control, automation, robotics, and industrial data connection. They are located in Milly-la- Forêt (in the south of Paris) and are formed by a team of an energetic bunch of 20 passionate technical experts.
By integrating the Meltio Engine Blue into Vertical Machining Centers, as well as industrial robot arms using the Meltio Engine Integration Kit, ACNS will play a key role in making this technology accessible across the French region. The Meltio Engine Blue seamlessly enhances both CNC machines and robotic systems, bringing advanced metal additive manufacturing capabilities to a wide range of industries and applications.

Meltio’s cutting-edge multi-metal 3D printing technology precisely stacks weld beads on top of one another when introduced into a laser-generated meltpool. The process uses commodity welding wire, the cleanest, safest and lowest-cost metal feedstock on the market. Committed to quality, ACNS experts listen to industrial French customers and their operators to guarantee relevant, reliable, and intuitive equipment for an optimal user experience and ergonomics on a daily basis. It is with this desire for satisfaction that ACNS offers extended catalog solutions and innovative machines or developments on demand.

“the Meltio Engine integration team at ACNS”, in detail: Jean Decuignière, Oscar Rasse and
Corentin Delage from ACNS and Pablo del Boca from Meltio, but I propose not to put the names.
“We are glad to start this partnership with Meltio and integrate the revolutionary Meltio Engine Blue on CNC and robots for the benefit of French industry. We are impressed by the efficiency of the system and think it’s a real breakthrough, enabling non-experts to quickly acquire a good command of printing a wide range of metals. We target to expand quickly our WLAM offer and the market in France, and we are committed to designing meaningful, smart, and ergonomic machines for our customers. We trust there is a strong business case for repairing parts, adding function to existing parts, or building quickly one-off parts. Our comprehensive mastering of CNC and robots secures our customers’ innovative projects.”. – Emmanuel Mignot, CEO at ACNS.
“We are thrilled to be working with ACNS and Multistation in the French market, as this collaboration between us serves as a great indicator of how Meltio’s partner ecosystem is evolving. Together we will be able to cater to the ever-growing interest in Meltio’s technology and its applications. As well as by leveraging ACNS knowledge, we will be able to further develop the adoption of Meltio’s unique wire-laser metal additive manufacturing for different industries.” – Francisco González, Head of EMEA at Meltio.

This is our first representative part, a 10cm square bar in 316 stainless steel,
to validate the ability to stack 100 layers with good geometry (no industrial object).
